Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Pretty Good I've used turbo tax for many years. For my 2020 taxes I did have a small issue with a 1099-B. A Cost Basis box kept popping up over and over. I entered my info, numerous times for what appeared like the same field. It finally let me through. It wasn't very specific on the error, and the view of the form was poor.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This year might be the last year for TurboTax I had to redo big portions of our tax return this year because it messed up a bunch of numbers. I was hesitant to submit our taxes because what if the numbers messed up again? Also, we had a discount of $30.00 total but I stopped and came back to it to review everything and submit them to find that now our discount is only $10.00. I'm not sure why that happened but when you search for a reason in the FAQ, I couldn't find a reason. We have used TurboTax for at least 15 years now but this might be the last one. Oh! And when I was trying to review them at the very end, the system kicked me out completely and made me log in again. The system isn't making me feel confident that everything was done correctly this year...
