Rated 2 out of 5 by from Box 14-a on 1099-r held up my state refund I couldn't get my state refund of $257 because TurboTax kept holding up my return because box 14-a was larger than box 16 (which is typically 0 in the past). But even when I filled in Box 16 with the total amount in Box 1, it still wouldn't go thru. I lost $257. I'm sure the state will eventually send it to me but...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is a solid product TurboTax is a solid product. It's fairly straight-forward to use. I'd like it better if it had a document view, so one could see and access all the forms directly. Another nice thing would be a what-if sort of feature, so you could quickly see the implications of answering a question one way or another.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax update issue I have filed my taxes without issue for at least 10 years and this year I was not able to update my Turbotax software either automatically or manually which prevented me from e-filing my taxes. I waited until tax day to ensure the software had the more recent changes incorporated into the program. Imagine my surprise when it took over 4 hours after reading several blogs to uninstall and then re-install the software for my Windows 10 OS...

I love the prompts and feel confident about the information I'm entering. I also love the ability to pay a bit more and have a real person help me if I ever get audited. Thanks, Turbo Tax!
