I received excellent service even after having technical difficulties because my laptops mic was not working. TurboTax Expert was able to adapt and overcome. He walked me through uploading the required documents and making the most out of our call. Answered all my questions and provided prompt positive feedback. Overall I would highly recommend...Thanks Keith!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Helpful, but sneaky This is very user friendly, the interface is really nice, and they do a great job of answering the questions you have. However, they try to get money from you as much as possible. I understand that this cite shouldn't be completely free, but I am frustrated I had to pay $80 to file my taxes. This is my first time doing this on my own, so maybe I don't know the average amount it costs to file taxes.
