Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is wonderful I was really worried about this year's taxes. My hubby had to stop working as a Lyft driver because during COVID because he is very, very high risk. I had to early withdraw from my 401K to make ends meets until the unemployment benefits started. Than they did not take taxes out of his unemployment benefits. At first, on 12 March, we looked like we would owe taxes. Fortunately, Turbo tax actually reviewed the Relief passed by Congress on 11 March and they found more relief for us. We are getting a refund now!!! Thank you, Turbo Tax!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax 2020 a little buggy this year I've been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years and have never had so many issues with the program. After stating that I was not self employed it continued to ask about business expenses. After moving to the forms method it added additional business schedules I didn't need.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Solves Most Problems Pros: Very complete database Software has options for most contingencies, but some may not be obvious Software takes you through most situations automatically Cons Does not handle estates well. Way too cheerful a splash screen when after you enter the deceased's income. "Wow! You've done a lot this year!" This made me laugh, but it could hit some people hard. Lots of hidden fees that are not clearly disclosed. The program flow makes it seem as though some of these optional fees are mandatory. C'monl. Intuit! You've got a great product. You've got terrific support. Just charge a little more up front and get rid of these skeevy option services that you present as mandatory. These hidden fees are why I only rated the product three starts. Based on the quality and the level service, it should be a five. But, the optional services and the fact that they're presented as the only option make me question your integrity. Next time, I get going early and hire an actual CPA. I'll pay more, but I can trust the accountant more than Intuit.
