The steps involved are easy to follow and if you have any questions they are quick to respond and I love the easy click on entries for clarification. I spoke to Jay, a Tax expert of many years, who thoroughly answered my questions and concerns and put my mind to ease. I felt as if I was sitting across the table from my accountant. Great service. Keep up the good work.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from What happened? I have used this service for the past 7 years almost and this year I saw that it should not cost anything to file just a simple W2. The system automatically set me up with a paid product instead of the free option. After live chatting with customer service for over an hour, I did not receive the correct price for filing services and paid. The representative gave me an incorrect discount code and after telling the representative I was charged and needed to continue speaking with them or someone else, then disconnected from the chat.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Charging for Direct Deposit - Racket! They're charging for the service of Turbo Tax along with a $39 fee to direct deposit the refund - this is ridiculous. There are other tax services that do not charge fees for this simple service that is included with most others. Likely, will not use TurboTax for future filings.
