Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very easy to use. I have used it for years. I like the ease, reliability and affordability. My only complaint would be that is could do a better job explaining situations. Example--more specifics when deciding if it's worth listing the itemized items or taking the standard deduction. Since the government has raised the standard so much in the past few years, it appears it isn't even worth being charitable.

Complex process with occasional issues I wasn't sure about, but managed to make it through. Overall cheaper than hiring a CPA, would recommend for straightforward tax situations.
