Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbotax Online Product This was my first year using the on-line product due to the age of the operating system on my MAC computer which would not allow me to download the product. The language is not the same when referring to certain items, for example 'Investments' vice 'Interest Income'. The on-line product caused me at least three times the length to prepare my return. Disturbing was the additions to the cost, for example when using the download version, I don't pay extra for a Schedule D. Just another ruse to obtain more profit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax 2022 Turbo Tax progressively improves it's product year over year. This year is no different; I've been with them for at least 8 years and I'm looking forward to the next Tax season. I highly recommend TurboTax; a great experience and value.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is awesome! It's very quick and easy to do, and eliminates a lot of the confusing guess work that usually comes with filling out government forms. I don't know how else I would do it, aside from paying an expert significantly more money to file our taxes for us.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from NOT AGAIN I HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR YEARS BUT I AM LOOKING TO CHANGE. IT IS A CONSTANT BARAGE OF ADS TO DRIVE THE COST OF PREPARING MY TAXES UP. LETS SEE WHAT THE OTHER TAX SERVICES OFFER

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TT is so easy to use...but I have a related issue I prepared my 2023 return from a CD on my desktop. I wanted to download the program to a laptop because of a failing PC, but I was unable to do so because the license code was registered to another account. Even after a lengthy telephone conversation with a TT rep, I still don't know what that account was and still unable to download the TT app to a laptop.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Thorough Used a different tax service last year, and the program seemed to be a lot less thorough in exploring deductions than Turbo Tax. Came back to Turbo Tax this year and felt a lot more confident that everything had been covered.
