Rated 1 out of 5 by from Love Turbo Tax, except... I have used Turbo Tax for years and am always pleased with the service provided. However, I am thinking of finding a new tax preparation service for 2024 due to the fees ($78) added to my return for a filing fee/services that I did not want, in addition to the customer service representative. I do not like being taken advantage of and the customer service agent that I contacted was not helpful one bit!! At one point I was told, "if you do not like the fees then go to another company, we have plenty customers and won't miss one." I have never had a bad experience with this service and was overwhelming surprised to be treated in this manner. Would have left 5 stars if it weren't for the situation!!

He was helpful and although it was determined there was a glitch on the site that we couldn't work around, he stuck with it and directed me through a federal e-file and mail state.
