Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax Premium? The turbotax premium did not do anything for my tax return other than charge me 100+ dollars. I did no investing last year and only received ~440 in interest from my bank deposits. Why was this service necessary to complete my tax return? It was already assumed that $3,000.00 in capital losses would carry over to the next year. I'm confused and angry about why this product was necessary to complete a simple tax return.

We love this program because of the ease of use, the ability to get answers to our questions in "real-time" and the convenience of doing our taxes that fits our schedule. Another nice feature is being able to talk to a tax expert without the additional cost or headaches.

It was a simple, stress-free process and I would recommend TurboTax Live Full Service Deluxe to anyone who wants their taxes done for them in a professional way!
