Rated 1 out of 5 by from I want a refund I am absolutely floored by the continued software errors in Turbo Tax software. First, there was a weeks long delay in the availability of DC forms, even long after the DC government made them available for use by the general public. Then, on February 18, TurboTax’s own Form 8960 issue caused my federal return and therefore my state return to be rejected. You are not providing the value of the product I purchased and have caused me lots of wasted time to complete my tax returns, on which following the rejected submission I had to spend yet more time again working on my return in hopes that your product is not defective for some other reason. I would like a refund of the price I paid for this incomplete and poorly functioning product. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
