Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax Online increasingly difficult I have used TurboTax for my parent's returns for years. Some of the basics remain quite easy. and reference to prior years (on some of the basic entries) is quite helpful. But once the return requires foreign tax entries or other investment complexities, there is no help with prior history and the inability to quickly go to actual tax forms is very burdensome. Much harder online than the original turbotax that had all forms at ones fingertips without complex and hidden links. Next year I may just go to outside service.
