Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Software for Taxes I like using the software since it's a step by step guide to getting all the information in the right places. There are some aspects where I think the logic is confusing. I like to print the return to review it before getting to the section that ask you to E-file the return. However, when printing at this stage, the bank information for direct deposit or payment from last year is missing and the return assumes everything its mailed. After entering all of that information in "forms", I noticed that all of this information is asked for latter in the process. I think that's backwards. When the step is to E-file, all the information should be on the return so it's ready to print and file. I have been using Turbo Tax for ten years and this confuses me every year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax simplifies doing taxes accurately. Once again Turbo Tax has made filing our taxes a breeze. We had to contact a Turbo Tax Live Expert to help clear up a duplication glitch. They were very helpful & professional throughout the whole procedure. Would recommend Turbo Tax to anyone who is currently filing their taxes independently.
