Rated 1 out of 5 by from Feels like a Scam Now I've been using Turbo Tax for seven years and this is the first year I've had to pay. What changed? Nothing. I've more or less have had to file the same kinds of documents every year and have never spent a dime and now I'm having to spend over $200. That is a ridiculous price jump. People may already have to pay an arm and a leg for their tax returns and TurboTax is just making it worse with their money gouging methods.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Is The Best!! Our experience using Turbo Tax has been awesome! They are so incredibly thorough and attentive to every detail. Information is checked and re-checked. If there are any available credits, they will find them. Turbo Tax is super easy and does most of the work for you. I would highly recommend them!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My Review for TurboTax Live Assisted Premium I like the way TTax provides answers and why or why not an expense might be added or not. Re: Live Assist - My first call I had to hold for over 15 minutes to speak with a Tax Advisor who was qualified, but after that, the Chats and 2 add'l phone calls were productive in assisting. I definitely would choose Live Assistance if you have a more complex return. It was a bit difficult to return and review all my entries, but Live Assist helped with maneuvering their system. Don't be in a hurry.
