Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap, only thing it has going for it This product messed up my 2021 return so bad I lost out on thousands of owed to be taxes. Tried emailing and calling, nothing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pricing is getting way out of line I've been using Turbo Tax for many years. I also use it for state returns. The app itself is reliable and easy to use. The price has risen about 15% each year and is up 60% just since 2019. For an app where I do all the data entry myself, all the error correction and review, the price is over $190 for the basic product. I'd expect my taxes to be done professionally for that amount.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First time filer in decades Turbo Tax was not only easy but it explained things and offered chat help exactly when I needed it. I especially like the search feature where you can input a form you have received in the mail and it jumps you to the right section in Turbo Tax. I have used a professional CPA for years and felt that in recent history I was overpaying for services that in my opinion were not looking out for my best interest and looking for the right tax breaks. Bottom Line, this year I saved money on CPAs AND got better results. I am converted!
