Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is the best!!! So easy to use! This year we went to two other tax specialist just to check and make sure we weren't missing out on anything and we absolutely weren't. TurboTax asked us questions that actual tax specialists didn't even bother to ask.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good walk-through, terrible e-file & customer serv Good walk-through feature so you don't miss items, though some items could be explained better--not everyone is good at understanding taxes. E-file feature has not worked for me two years in a row, so taxes were not filed on time. Only on-line customer service to ask questions.
