The software update 4 days later fixed the problem but I was worried it wasn't going to be processed. I bought the software for $45 dollars at Amazon but by the time I filed electronically, there was another $75 dollar cost for filing it even though the box said it covered Fed and State

It enables me to enter a large amount of income, interest, dividend, and stock sales information from a variety of different sources in a short period of time. It saves your tax information from the previous year, so all you have to do is change the numbers, not the payer information. Some tax forms (E*Trade, Computershare) can be automatically imported by TurboTax. This year I completed my taxes in less than 1.5 hours.

I know that all the data I input will go on the correct forms and I don't have to worry about the calculations. The e-filing option makes it easy to submit, and the confirmations i receive give me great peace of mind that my taxes have been filed and received.

TurboTax is one of those programs that helps the individual wishing to avoid sharing personal information with a local tax preparer and helps those who are short of time complete their taxes in about Forty Minutes without having to wait in line!
