Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbotax---what a pain! Doesn't have enough financial institutions in there library. Their options for inserting data was horific. Last years and all the years before were way easier. This may be my last year using it. It also cost way more!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Extremely difficult My experience with Turbotax was overwhelming, costly and took me way too long. They made me upgrade multiple times to pay them more money for reasons I had no control over. Their customer service was very good, but may consider filing by mail next year with all of the extra charges that Turbotax has.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely annoying interface Would not recommend, not going to use this service again. Clunky and hard to navigate. Also up-charging me at the end, really? Some information got imported wrong, had to manually change it and go over everything to make sure the software brought it in right. Kind of annoying, if I can't trust the software to import numbers right what's the point?
