Site would not allow me to file and kept directing me to a page listing my COVID payments. I couldn't alter the form at all. So I finally unchecked a box and I was able to move forward.

I spoke with Cecilia, who not only was patient to hear me out and then efficiently addressed my scenario and helped fix it easily.
