Rated 5 out of 5 by from TAXES FOR DUMMIES!! SO EASY TO FOLLOW This is my 8th year using Turbo Tax and each year I am just a little more impressed! The explanations are easy to read and understand. In all honesty the entire program is so transparent that is hard to believe it so economical. Thanks TurboTax

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Getting questions answered is not very good. For example "what is a 70001 error? Wasn't answered. Student info is lousy (my child is a college student) and confusing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from NOT FREE I don't like a surprise cost , when I used last year was free but not this year over 100.00 to file my taxes its 1st time I had to file 1095A I work part time & pay for my own health Insurance this was not what I thought . very disappointed will not use this next year

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbotax works but is slow, requires activation Turbo tax requires activation limiting to installs on 5 computers so beware. They never did this until a year ago. The software is slow as well and randomly installs states that aren't needed. The prompts work to get you through the taxes but the software itself feels bloated and hangs up from time to time. It also keeps asking for registration which takes more time to get into the actual software. It gets the job done though so there's that. Overall, decent software.
