Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbotax was "meh" It began as a nice app to allow me to File my taxes easily for the first time, however, there were multiple bugs and crashes on the app so I had to use my computer. From there on the Website was a bit better, but the bombardment of advertisements to upgrade to a "Better" version of Turbotax made filing my taxes a bigger hassle than it should have been.

From beginning to end, my Live Tax Preparer kept me informed, asked questions when needed, and overall kept me up to date during the entire process. I couldn't be more pleased with my service. There were so many variables I had to deal with in 2020 due to the covid-19 pandemic, but my tax preparer was well-informed and ready to help me through the process. She explained fully and thoroughly my refund options based on my specific situation.
