Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a very good Estate Tax program Purchased to complete Estate Tax on from 1041. There was no clear way to enter 1099-R forms. Had to do many online searches to figure out how to enter the information.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as great as advertised Many features worked well there are some perhaps uncommon areas where the input screens or the downloads didn't take all the data required. 1) K-1 form input didn't follow the IRS form. requiring the user to input two K-1s for each type of business forced me to double report the capital gains of one of my MLP investments. (Because the $ amount was small I just e-filed unable to ("fix it"). 2)I had to "fix" almost 100 capital gains entries for a single mutual fund I sold because the drop down box regarding how I acquired the investments had to be clicked for each transaction the fund made over the course of my ownership. 3) GNMA investments that return Principal Invested were calculated by turbo tax as capital gains so I had to "edit" each of several dozen Return of Principal reported on the 1099. 4) when in the REVIEW step the IRS form that needed to be reviewed and fixed was not pictured clearly. Everything else worked well. I am sure all of these programming issues could be fixed. Doing so would make this a great product.
