Rated 4 out of 5 by from Having a CPA is so helpful Definitely love having access to a pro CPA to ask questions. Very thorough. The only "downside" is how it's advertised as free. It's a great service but I always expect to spend nothing to file but in order for the service to be helpful it's worth it to pay the money.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for price I’ve been using TurboTax for a few years, and I’ve never had any problems with it. Although, filing my taxes has always been free, so I’m not sure why I got charged almost $100 this time. Either way, it’s still great for the price.
