Error check got stuck on missing unasked-for and irrelevant beneficiary %s. Massachusetts form was simply garbage- "imported" huge non-existent short term CGs from Fed out of thin air. Did MA by hand in <1 hour instead, wasted $58.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbox Tax Saved Big Bucks Amazingly Informative and Easy! Turbo Tax preparation Fee is substantially less than what I paid last few years. Turbo Tax is an educative Tax filing software which translates hard to understand tax policies to easy to grasp and use.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed with Turbo Tax this year. We have used Turbo Tax for many years; however, using Turbo Tax for 2022 filing year has been very disappointing. After downloading/installing the program we were able to enter tax data, save, and close. Every time Turbo Tax was reopened, we were able to update required forms; however, a month ago, when opening the program to enter more tax data, we received an error message noting failed to install updates, and no valid sequence could be found for the set of updates. When we contacted a Turbo Tax representative, they attempted to correct the problem but was unable to. At that time, we were advised we could uninstall and re-install the program or continue and e-file our returns. When we were ready to e-file our returns, we received a message noting we could not e-file our returns because updated forms were not completed. Speaking with a representative, we finally had to load Turbo Tax Online, and pay for the filings again. We submitted a request for refund for the program purchased at COSTCO and the amount to file state filing. Turbo Tax denied refund for the program but did refund the amount for the filing with our state.
