Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is my GO-TO tax tool I have been using Turbo Tax for many years, going back to the 1990s. I have always had an easy time completing my taxes. I do the same amount of work collecting my information as I would if I gave it to a preparer. Then I enter the info in the Step-by-Step, just like a preparer would do for a lot of money! If I have questions I use the resources provided and have had great success. I have been subject to targeted audits by the IRS and because I have also purchased the Tax Audit Protection, I had absolutely no problems. Issues were resolved in my favor and I was very happy. I even one time had the return I prepared using Turbo Tax reviewed by a nationally known tax preparation firm that goes by its initials. They offered to review my return and if they could not get me at least $400 more on my return, it was free. The preparer looked it over and told me that I got everything I could get and the return was flawless, in his opinion. Can't get much better than that!

The program cuts out in the middle of your taxes, will not let you enter: Jury,barter,bad debts,hobby,income for us, DC home buyer, and these are just a few of the bugs. Wont run in windows 10, comp, to windows 8 runs only fair. The afore mentioned has no meaning for me, the program just QUITS,and you start over.
