And quit trying trying to sell me stuff! I just want to file my taxes without anymore hassle than necessary.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't upgrade for Live Help I opted for live help because I was stuck on a software glitch in their online system. The "help" logged on and immediately closed my case never answered my questions and I was unable to use the "live help". Since I had to figure it out on my own I wanted to have the "live help" refunded or removed. They wouldn't do that so I've over paid $100 to file my taxes on time.
