Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use, friendly This was our first time with a fairly complicated return. It all seemed to be straightforward and questions were answered in the pop-up or drop-down boxes. Hope we did it right. Still don't get the difference between pension payments and RMD's.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax doesn't give me the free filing anymore I used premium one time a few years ago and now I don't get the option not to use it. My taxes are so simple, so it's like free money for them to over-charge me for such a simple service. I think next year I may use another service that doesn't charge me so much. The software is easy to use but they should offer a free/cheaper version for simple tax reporting. Feeling ripped off.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is usually awesome So I had a little trouble with my Turbo tax experience this year. Not sure why there was a 0 on my 1099 form but it caused a delay in filing my taxes but I was able to get help which I am very grateful for. Otherwise I would have given a awesome rating instead of good. I will use Turbo Tax. It is very convenient and simple to use
