Rated 5 out of 5 by from great for a not so great year... This Year, everything was Topsy turvy. I was apprehensive on doing my taxes. But, I've used Turbo Tax in the Past, and went for it. It was very Easy to do, even with the changes to my life.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I like the service I like using turbo tax because they keep all my records which saves time. I don’t like how they keep upping the price based on what you need. But it’s still cheaper than a CPA. It took about an hr to do my taxes

I filled out all the bank info, set payments dates, etc. But today I got an email saying my taxes hadn't actually been filed yet? Why??? And why wait until the last minute? Very Very disappointed and upset. I even put a payment date in of the 15th, expecting it to be withdrawn by then. Now i'll probably have to pay penalty.

The format is perfect for a beginner like myself. At the end of the process I felt completely happy and had a renewed confidence in my ability to file my taxes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from More intuitive than other tax software Easy to navigate and make updates and changes. Lots of helpful popup windows. It would have been helpful if I could have filled in last years info directly into the Tax forms. Dads Tax return was done on paper and no worksheets were handy. He passed away and there was no easy way to check his accuracy.
