Rated 5 out of 5 by from VERY EASY TO USE While working through the taxes, an error kept popping up about the schedule C. with a little help from Chasidy through chat, we were able to work through it easily Thanks for the tips and speed. Done in 1 1/2 hours.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is troublesome. My 2021 return was rejected because turbo tax asked for my spouse AGI when we filed joint return. I don't understand why. I changed her AGI to 0 to see what happens.

Turbotax online does not allow you to go in and fill change or fill out a specific tax form the way the computer version does. This makes it difficult to go back and check numbers and other information without repeating a whole section. Turbotax online is also not transparent; it creates questions I had to consult by phone with one of your tax experts--costing you money and wasting my time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax saves time. Eases the burden of tax preparation. One thing to improve would be to make the Estimated Tax Payments section more prominent. I reached the of the Fed section and realized I had to go back and search where to enter est. tax payment data.
