Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is a blessing Turbo Tax relives 80% of the stress of preparing and filing the income tax returns. The other 20% is housekeeping (gathering and sorting documents). It walks you through the process and you have answers at your fingertips.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Why was I charged to use the service? Last year was a much better experience for me when filing my taxes using TurboTax. It probably has to do with the small returns I typically receive from tax season every year. I had to pay $140 to upgrade my TurboTax just to finish my returns this time, only because of my microscopic involvement in the stock market which was about $117. Its unfortunate that they decide to wait until I'm halfway done before telling me I have to upgrade to continue filing my taxes. At least I saved $40 by paying for the upgraded today instead of pay with my tax return and get charged $180. Going to look into alternative tax filing methods next year besides TurboTax.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I don't know what I would do without Turbo Tax! I have been using Turbo Tax for almost ten years. I do the taxes for my husband and I. We have moved, changed jobs, sold houses, collected unemployment, been self-employed, had children, and everything in-between. Turbo Tax has never let me down. It has guided me through each step. Thank goodness because I could never do this on my own!
