Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good Product but lacking thought and user design 1. Turbo Tax does not work well with touch screen. You can not slide the screen up and down by hand, you must use the slider bars on the right. Very frustrating. 2. Even when you live in a state that doesn't have state income tax and turbo tax recognizes that and tells you that state is not required it keeps asking you if you want to file or start the state return. Come on turbo tax, get a clue, if it's not needed dont keep asking for it.

I am always happy with the work that TurboTax does and have no complaints about the website. It is very time efficient and filled with great options for filing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax took my money, I bought TurboTax Which stated it included one State e-File, but then the ended up making me pay for the State e-File. I would not recommend Turbo Tax again. I've been using them since 2004 and these last two years it has got worse.
