Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Impresses! I was nervous to do a return without an accountant, but with TurboTax I had help from an accountant within five minutes any time I needed it. Amazing! These wonderful professionals walked me through all the difficult steps calmly and without rushing me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too many turbo add in's for more money. Found it difficult to enter license code. Spent over an hour on phone trying to enter it. In the meantime I had already established an account on line and could not enter my code at the end. Would have to enter info all over again. Took me several days/hours to complete and ended up having to pay $237. extra to file; even though I had a license code. Going to try and get a refund since I was unable to use the code. I am 80 years old and should not have to pay so much just to file. There is no way to import what I had already done into the license agreement program.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from More complicated this year. In truth, this year was more complicated filing with turbo tax. I was excited to file this year because I had less states and complications this year, but navigation and reading / wondering what I'm filling in was less clear. My schedule C was complicated, because I didn't want to file this year (no business income / deductions), but it kept asking me over and over again about my business vehicle use (which was none), and it was very unclear about where the question I was answering was on the form. I could not get context to figure out what it was asking, and figure out what I wanted to enter. It was cyclical and kept asking about it with every review. Similar experience with the states this year. I couldn't find the sections I wanted to fill out, or avoid the ones I was familiar with not needing. I have filed using turbo tax for the past 9 years, and I am disappointed to say I don't believe I'll do it again next year. It was way too complicated this year, and quite expensive.
