Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not awesome! Not enough clarify about cost of software (to know what I'm buying) and the later cost of eFiling. For a senior on limited income the total cost has gotten HIGH so maybe I'll remove myself from the auto-renewal and just do my simple taxes on paper and mail them in. :0( This after using TurboTax for many years!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from really expensive for how unhelpful it is so many questions it could have answered better. interacting with the interview process is THE WORST. if you want to review some entry, you have to go back throught all the questions. where's the forms view in the online version. Also, I use this product every year, yet it has to ask me if I got a refund from last year. what's up with that? think I'll get a real person next year. Can't imagine it's any worse.
