Rated 3 out of 5 by from The software needs tweaking I was VERY unhappy at not being able to access prior years tax returns while using Turbo Tax live and had to call for help and was told I could only do it through the app on my phone. I needed to make sure that I had all my paperwork before filing and could only do this by comparing what I had this year to previous years. I liked that the return was checked by a second party after my expert filled it in. I didn't like that the expert was only available later nights or weekends but we worked around that and she was very sweet and helpful. It would be helpful to pair up your experts with clients in the same time zone if possible.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from too many gimmicks i like the product but they try way too hard to trick you into paying for things you don't want. The Deluxe version also used to include state and now they jack you for that too.
