Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use TurboTax is great for beginners and experts. They walk you through ever single detail and it is very informative. This is my third year using TurboTax and I recommend them to everyone. Only thing is … make sure you read the fine print. At the end when you pay for your service and state filing fees they try to add an extra service on there if you want to use your refund to pay for the services. I didn’t appreciate that sneaky add on and glad I caught it. Otherwise it’s a great service to use.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax doesn't know what to do with 1099 forms Turbo Tax only takes half of the info out of your consolidated 1099 forms from Fidelity and then continually asks you over and over about each and every line. If i wanted to do my taxes line by line I'd do them myself. You need better logic or something for downloading the forms for stock and options trades.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Charged before able to file Turbotax had software issues which prevented me filing for over a week, with no resolution. When I requested a refund I was told I was not eligible for a refund despite not being able to complete my return
