Rated 3 out of 5 by from Problem with the software on Minnesota form M1W My taxes are finished but I cannot file electronically because of a software glitch on Minnesota form M1W. I get to the "send forms now" screen, and it loops be back to the form, which I have corrected, but it still wants more entries that do not exist. I only have 3 1099 forms where Minnesota tax has been withheld for my wife and I

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The explanations were so clear. There were many areas I was unclear of terminology and the explanation links were helpful to clarify the terminology. I felt there were many options for those who are challenged with the upload options.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best way to calculate taxes keeping up with change Have been using this software for many years and noticed when you have a particular issue (usually state) , next year there is a fix. Last year I couldn't get the program to update or save to the usual Document folder; support spent hours trying to figure out why on a new WIN11 system. Had to use another PC to load, run, and complete taxes from the same TurboTax CD. This year it loaded and ran like a champ on the WIN11 system; they fixed "something" ??? Massachusetts returns can cause problems finding out where or how to enter particular variations to documents, or why they won't issue corrected forms to fix errors leaving you with trying to figure out how TurboTax will take it. The girl from support couldn't figure it out and hung up on me; bet next year they have a way...lol

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easier and faster each year I really appreciate how much of my info is already saved from the previous year. And the fact that the program gets better year by year. So that each time I file my taxes it's easier and faster.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Provides no means to report bugs as I got I encountered a few bugs with the software. The typos I could live with. But I did encounter a serious bug which was preventing the federal final review from completing - Turbotax kept asking me to type in, multiple times, the addresses where my children received care. I would have happily reported the bug with this form but Turbotax offers no way to easily report the bug, or at least not from the page I'm currently on. Instead Turbotax just tries to steer me to their "community" aka get others to answer my questions at no cost to Intuit. I get the feeling that Intuit is not even interested in finding or fixing bugs...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Was great but getting too expensive. This was my 9th year. Was always cheaper and educational to do my self. Now, Way Too Expensive!!! Costs just as much to let someone else to it. And please stop trying to force the "extras" on me. If I said NO, then don't keep asking. You were GREAT, but you're gonna lose my business next year, gonna look for less expensive platform. You've sold out, Turbo Tax.
