It was so confusing, I had to call customer service and even they had trouble figuring it out. For some reason their web interface can directly connect to the crypto brokerage and import their data but not the desktop interface. Even if you pay for the premier, they charge you for state e-file. This is ridiculous...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Would be a great service if it was still free. Easy to use software, but it's a shame it's not free to file anymore. I completed by taxes and saw all the fees at the end. I was a bit discouraged with the amount they were taking out compared to prior years. I'll probably be moving to a different service next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax, taking the hard stuff out of it I had to buy live this year and last year and I must say that they hav been helpful walking me through issues I had both years. Last year it was deducting a new car that I bought for business and this year it was trouble with forms that were not being processed. This year there was no timetable for it to be fixed, but to my surprise, the forms/issues were fixed within a week and I was able to file once again stress free and seamlessly.
