Rated 1 out of 5 by from User of over 10 years lost to misinformation I have used turbotax over 10 years. You are supposed to have one free state return you CHARGED me. Also you would not let me charge credit card for your fee which was supposed to be free and deducted it plus sur charges from refund, Never Never will I use turbo tax again and I do more than one return. I will tell all of my fellow tax providers what a fraud you turned into. Good luck with your partnering with the bank from California because you will lose a lot of customers next year. There is a lot of competition now but I stayed with you. NO MORE!!!!!!!
