Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is quick Turbo Tax has a easy prompt system and remembers all the stuff from last year; and accessibility for upload of forms is great. Fees are higher than expected; as they charge for processing your costs out of your refund; so instead of the standard amount; they add 39.00 for processing, 39.00 processing fee too; so total is 188.00; H&R Block would have been cheaper... after 9 years of this I may look someone else as a disabled Army Veteran.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax does not disappoint I've used Turbo Tax for several years. I love that it remembers my information so I don't have to re-enter it every year. Turbo Tax is very thorough and the questions it asks are easy to understand. This year I had additional questions so I used the online tax expert tool. I was connected within one minute and had excellent assistance with my needs. I will continue to use Turbo Tax in the future!
