Rated 5 out of 5 by from After Filing with TurboTax? I Can Exhale I feel so secure, filing my taxes through TurboTax. They go through my financials with a fine-toothed comb -- and some lightness/humor along the way -- so I never have to worry that I've forgotten anything. Thank you, to all the software professionals, the writers, the people in charge of design, and, of course, the tax experts that make this on-line filing easy.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from COVID-19 2020 Distribution Taxpayer Time Waster Spent a few hours trying to "fix the Federal Return", going round and round with the Disaster Distribution worksheet provided. I came to the conclusion that it couldn't be fixed probably because TurboTax and the "Service" weren't able to communicate. Rather than TurboTax just coming out and addressing the flaw, they are apparently comfortable wasting customers' time. So much for professionalism and transparency.
