Rated 2 out of 5 by from Online Turbo Tax The online Turbo Tax product is user friendly, yet they proposed an up sell intended for a business owner that wasn’t relevant. I accidentally purchased this and contacted them through emailed/called for a refund. Still have not heard back and disappointed they are not customer centric in resolving issues so I was charged $170 (vs. $60). I recommend a better process and promptness in managing to customer issues.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Process is too long Paul my CPA was awesome personally speaking I would definitely use Paul again, very knowledgeable etc. But the process of receiving information regarding refund/payment takes too long, for the same money I can sit in front of my original tax person and find out the same day the same info that day, I didn’t have to wait a few days to find everything out. Paul yes... your process and the money you pay def No!! I probably will not use your service next year * WHY DO I HAVE TO AGREE TO TERMS DO NOT SELL MY INFO DO NOT SEND ME EMAILS OR MARKETING INFO ON PRODUCTS
