Hold time was not too long considering taxes were due that day! Thank you Herman and David! The explanations contained within the software were very helpful and even had a conversational style with a bit of humor built in.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from turbo tax is convenient Fast and easy to use except some things can seem confusing as far as going back and adding a 1099-k after forgetting to select for example. After adding 1099 K on income it seems hidden on the main income page.

The input will only take 1 thing and that one thing is wrong, so I will need to file an amendment. And somewhere it pulled out a capital gain that was negative, from where? It wasn't on any docs uploaded. And it wants to know when I got these assets. I dont even know what assets they are talking about as there is no way to get more info or see what doc it came from.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy, peasy, 23 minutes tax return. Turbo Tax has always been easier then expected when completing my own tax return. I thought it would be hard, but it wasn't. It's a step, by step process that takes the fear out of preparing your own tax return.
