Rated 5 out of 5 by from Experience was ok I had my taxes rejected and the rejection wasn’t adequately explained. I went back and forth on the sight and couldn’t find what number was wrong. I called Turbo tax and the person I talked to was not at all helpful. She told me to call the IRS

That you a satisfying experience.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is annoying!!! Very frustrating experience with help. We were unable to e-file because we were lacking an update. Was unable to figure out how to get to updates since it instructed me to go to the menu. What menu?? Told your stupid robot that I was on a Mac and gave the system number. It set me up with an "expert" who texted with me for a long time. It seems that he was under the impression that I was on a PC, but I didn't know that until the end when he sent me PC instructions and I yelled at him that I was on a Mac. A few minutes later he texted me to quit turbo tax and relaunch. I did & it was simple after over an hour trying to get an answer to my problem. I also resent having to pay $1.00 and put in my credit card number. You can keep the stupid dollar because I don't want to deal with you anymore. Also, our turbo tax used to include the state return & we didn't have to pay an extra $25.
