Rated 5 out of 5 by from great for dummies i have no clue how to do my taxes. TurboTax made it very simple and quick. even when i was rejected by the IRS, TurboTax called me to walk me step by step to file successfully. thanks TT.

Had to enter stimulus money info multiple times and hit a major roadblock at payment time. For some reason payment was blocked. When I called to receive assistance, the operator was able to get the block lifted but with no explanation as to why it was there to begin with. This caused me to miss the offered discount for filing before the end of February. A smaller discount was offered and used.
