Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is great for the most part Worked great like usual but seems to be more and more expensive every year I file my taxes. I think this year is the most I have ever had to spend and i did my best to stay as close to the base product as possible, but i was forced to use deluxe this year not sure why.

No discounts on the software. last year I only paid half the price, I paid this year. I might switch to a simple software which is at least 3 times less price than this one. I did not receive a 30% off on the turbobox software. There is no option to downgrade also. No a good exp this time.

She apologized later, but never clarified the answer. I had to google the answer myself. So don't choose TurboTax for the live help.
