Rated 2 out of 5 by from Terrible Experience With TT Business This Year Virginia State program has an annoying bug -- tries to force you to file a form you don't need. Wasted a lot of time finding the workaround. Guidance is vague. I have little confidence that my Virginia S Corp return was properly & completely prepared. Also had a very unsatisfactory experience with a so-called tax expert. Her English was largely unitelligible. She had no knowledge of the issue. She obviously was just searching for internet answers. Have provided TT additional feedback on these issues.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Site Navigation I have used TurboTax for a number of years and have found navigation of the site to become much more difficult. Certain tabs are hard to find. One example is the Print Center in order to chose between the different versions of the return. Also, when certain information is changed, you can't just skip ahead in some instances but have to tab through multiple pages. When the review indicates some forms need to be reviewed before filing, little information is provided as to why or what needs to be input. I spent way too much time this year navigating the site.
