I spent over an hour on the phone with your help desk only to find out that it doesn't have the ability to do that. BIG NEGATIVE FOR THIS PROGRAM!!!

I wanted to apply state refund to next year's estimated taxes. The cell would not enter it - I had to spend 10 minutes with the idiot auto-receptionist, and 20 minutes with the real person to find out that I can only do it by using EASY STEP. YOU COULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT AND SAVE US BOTH A LOT OF TIME.
