Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not so good Was harder to use for 2022 taxes than other years. Wouldn't bring my previous year into the program. Was a little more confusing than other years. Think I might have to try a different company next year.

Some of the "tax experts" were not CPAs and declined to provide any tax advise - what's the point of this live service then? They were not helpful in addressing non-tax questions either. Chat option has a bug - it's impossible to return to the active chat once you open a sub-window on Turbotax. Form CA 568 is missing from online version - it is disappointing that Turbotax is cutting features even in Premium version and pushes its desktop Home & business version. Shouldn't it be the other way around, in this day and age?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy, helpful Had a Turbotax expert look over my state taxes since my situation's a little complicated. She was able to pinpoint exactly where I filled wrong and help me change it. Was super quick and efficient process and she was really nice.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too expensive I have used turbo for years!! I had to add ONE single little form, the price went from 59 to 212 to use this site. I sold my house, had to enter the sale information…4 little boxes. BOOM had to pay extra to add a REQUIRED form.
