Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax has developed several problems I was unable to use TurboTax to file my state return because much of the information supposedly transferred from my federal return was wildly inaccurate. The amount of taxable interest from U.S. government obligations on my state return was $6,400 more than reported on my federal return. And TurboTax would let me change it. TurboTax also failed to transfer any of the estimated payments that I made for state taxes, even though the amounts were included in the "total estimated taxes" listed on my federal summary. When I tried to get help for these problems, I received generic responses that didn't address the problems.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It was fast and easy, with no stress at all I do not know why I didn't use this service before. Turbo Tax make this process easy and with no stress. They did help to get some money back. This is the 1st time I get some money back.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall Good (Takes Time!) My overall exepience was good. It takes longer than you think, even though I did not have much to fill out. The cost, for me, was not worth it to pay someone to do it. I like that it keeps all my information, and I loved how I could scan a QR code with my phone to snap a photo!
