Rated 2 out of 5 by from Tricked by Turbo/Tax this year 1) I was REQUIRED to upgrade to the Premium version or else I could NOT file my mother's taxes, even though I did my taxes with Deluxe and our circumstances are similar 2) I was offered a Service Code for my 'inconvenience', yet the code was not accepted at checkout! 3) I bought the turbo/tax deluxe which should have given me the ability to file 5 Federal taxes, but it would not accept my Product License 1st time in 30 years of using TurboTax that I had so many issues!! NOT HAPPY

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is the way to go! Was always intimidated to attempt filing on my own, finally took the leap with the help of TurboTax this year. So easy and intuitive. The callback service was almost immediate. Such a surprise and relief. You've gained a customer for life.
