Rated 1 out of 5 by from disappointed I have been a fan of Turbotax for quite a few years, but this year I was very disappointed. It did not bring forward any information from previous years returns, so it was much more tedious to input everything all over again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Challenges Generally a good product used for many years without difficulty, but this year after CD installation on my iMAC a message error code appeared prompting an email response. After sending the email I was unable to open the program. Numerous phone calls to your tech reps were unable to resolve the problem including several uninstall/reloads. Finally I was able to drill into my MAC and remove any traces of the original CD download then reinstall the program. The error message continues to prompt me every time I open the program, but this time I do not send a response which has allowed me to file my tax,
